The company was founded on February 2, in 2010, by a group of young enthusiasts with onbjetivo to offer fans of modified cars in Colombia the opportunity to have a custom car. Road's Kings has its headquarters in Barranquilla and has 5 branches in the most important cities of the country. Currently the company has 60 employees, including technical staff, electricians, and arts and painting staff. It also has a department specializing in mechanical services. This company offers the public audio systems, automobile parts and respuestos, custom paint, wheels and tires changed from the best brands on the planet. Distribute products Sony, Pioneer, Alpine, JL, JVC, Firestone, Bridgetone, Pirelli, Momo, Sparco and others.

Corporate Culture
Workers in this company are always in contact with the customer. So it is necessary that each worker knows buyers address. Moreover, as it is "customizations" which means that are different jobs for each client, workers are trained to collect the impressions of customers and their tastes. Generally you work every day, as many customers only have the weekend to fix your car but holidays only works half-day, the rest of the days days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. With lunch time and individual interleaved (each worker has 45 minutes for lunch between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm) so that branches never closed its doors to customers. Work spaces are spacious and well ventilated as many cars produce toxic gases for workers. Uniform is required for the differentiation of labor departments, all black shirts with the logo of the company and the only ones used are the mechanics overalls.
